ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brian Davis Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a motivated and personable intern to support our team with customer service, marketing, and daily agency operations. This opportunity offers hands-on experience building customer relationships and supporting business growth in Powell and the surrounding communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Build customer relationships and follow up with new and existing customers.
- Support marketing efforts focused on property and casualty insurance.
- Educate customers about available insurance and U.S. Bank products and connect them with appropriate assistance.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records and reports.
- Represent the agency at community events, networking groups, and other local marketing activities.
- Assist with general office duties and team projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in customer service, marketing, and insurance.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
